The location was convenient for the train station but quite far from the Old Town - this is fine as public transport is good. Also, the man at reception offered me a coffee while I waited for my room to be ready - which hardly took any time. This kind of gesture really made me feel like a valued customer.
Nothing - the room was equipped with everything needed.

Very comfortable hotel in Brasov. A bit longer walk from the old town then I thought, however pretty close to walk to bus/train station.
