Very basic and horrible.

Location was near the beach.

No hot water in sink, just cold. Broke toilet seat. Workmen carrying out work in the other rooms. Drilling etc all day. Air con only in living room.

Main pool didn’t get much of the sun due to shading, second pool looked like it would get more sun but it wasn’t in use (unsure if this was due to being end of season)

Been coming to didim 16 years this hotel is perfect great location comfortable beds clean great maids daily ,loads of room fridge lovely hot shower modern cheap amazing value . 1 complaint having to pay to hire and Iron that’s ridiculous. 2 things could be improved but no big deal ,pool towels could be provided but you can buy across the road £10 And for us Brit’s the breakfast needs a few things added especially for kids these no cereal or fruit or toast nothing hot . But is a fridge and 2 rings in the room so can do you own or order and pay extra in hotel . Overall 10/10 room 303 south facing balcony

I would recommend Mutlu Hotel 👍

Overall the room is a bit shabby but this was expected and fair for the price. The shower was great, bed very comfortable and wifi very consistent in our room. The breakfast was fresh and the staff polite and friendly.

It has been quite noisy outside of the hotel but that’s Altinkum in spring, everyone is preparing for the summer season, just come a little later if this bothers you

Fab location , friendly staff , amazing value for money .

We came because I was having my teeth done . So wanted something cheap and cheerful which it was . There was a lot of remodeling and renovations being done . But it is massively out of season so we understood. On the plus side will be great when it’s finished for the start of the main season

Comfortable relaxing and very happy with my stay.

I had to undergo a large amount of dental treatment which took up all of my 14 days stay at the hotel. The Hotel Manager was Excellent. Thank you so much Efkan Yagci :) and all of your hard working staff, Plus Your House Keeper Isha Is so hard working and really caring about doing her job. Efkan :) She deserves high praise indeed.

Leaving after one night which only happened because we was on a late flight and had no choice but to stay there fully dressed awaiting to get out of there

This hotel is basic but in a good location. As a british person we hate having to buy extras. The management team need to understand this. They give you ONE TOILET ROLL. Extra keycard £20, Aircon ££. Charge it in the 1st place. We hate having to buy extras. The majority of the team are extremely miserable. The nights guy was good. Majority of the team did not even acknowledge us. Sent emails but never ever got any replies. Remember Mgt team follow suit.

I was given a false bill for drinks I did not have (Alcholic) as I do not drink as I take heart tablets . The man at the reception confronted me twice for money . I said I want to see the waiter who was supposed to have served me I told him I had never been in the bar drinking alchol he replied the customer is always right. I brought my heart tablets from my room to the man at the reception to prove you cant drink alchol with tablets. I told him I want the waiters name to report him for lies alo check video cameras to see if I was in bar drinking beer. he replied I am sorry sir he got confused with some one else and was new working here. The receptionist said don't Per sue the drink matter. John King.

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr nah am Strand.

Das Bett ist viel zu klein. Badezimmer ist sehr alt und nicht sauber. Beleuchtung an der Treppengelände war aus. Aufzug hat nicht funktioniert. Zum Frühstück war nicht viel zur Auswahl da.

Niet waard wat je ervoor betaald.

Vrijwel niks eigenlijk, enkel de medewerkers waren extreem vriendelijk.

Het was een heel matig hotel voor wat je betaald, kamers waren helemaal niet up-to-date, deuren gingen niet op slot. Ontbijt viel ook tegen, en het zwembad was te klein voor iedereen. Ik moest iedere dag naar de zee omdat er geen plek was.

Katastrophe !

Katastrophe - bei 42 Grad aussen, kann man das Zimmer nur klimatisieren wenn man sich darin aufhält, eine zweite Zimmer Karte kostet Geld.. Das gesamte Hotel nicht klimatisiert - ein Brutofen - Licht im Stockwerk geht sofort wieder aus und man steht im dunklen. Auf den Zimmern keinerlei Service wie Zahnpaste, Seife, etc. Föhn lebensgefährlich, blankes Kabel mit etwas Klebeband isoliert und dazu noch kein Luftstrom. Frühstück, billig, kaum Auswahl, Pulverkaffee, nach Milch muss man fragen. Nie wieder dieses Hotel !

Das Hotel ist schön groß, Personal sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind wunderschön groß hell und luftig, ich hatte zwei Balkone es war perfekt. Lage ist super besser geht nicht. Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe ist, dass WLAN extrem schlecht ist. Egal wo man sich im Hotel befindet das wlan funktioniert nur wenn er Lust hat. Daran muss schnellst möglich gearbeitet werden, es müssen wlan Verstärker angebracht werden

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Aparthotel

Es war ein Familienhotel. Der Hoteldirektor und die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison dort. Das Hotel war ruhig. Das Frühstück war für den Preisverhältnis gut. Der Strand Altinkum befindet sich sehr nah am Hotel. Die Hotellage befindet sich im Zentrum Altinkum. Ich empfehle das Hotel sehr und würde beim nächsten Gelegenheit erneut besuchen. Familie Öztürk
