Great site and would recommend the premium plus mobile homes

We stayed in a premium plus mobile home which wa lovely. It had everything you need and was spotless. Great to have access to have access to a shared pool (between 7 homes). The park is massive with lots of facilities although we preferred a short walk out of the site to a local restaurant as we weren’t too impressed with the site restaurant we went to.

The main laundry facility was out of service for the whole week. There were other washing machines dotted about the site but this was less convenient and they were always busy. We drove 20 minutes to a Speed Queen laundrette instead.

The mobile homes are as usual quite comfortable. A very nice bonus was the big yard we had.

Mobile home is ok and pool is good to have near the house.

You can't make any arrangment with personal for late checkout. They don't want to talk about nothing that is not neccesary. And this mobile homes are far from the see. Very expensive restaurant and store in this complex.

Weekend break out

Camp is excellent; big enough so you can spent a whole day just walking through it; you can choose different sports or you can rent a bike, greenery outside is well arranged so big applause to people who are taking care of greenery. Location is really good; you are just few km far from Umag but also other small towns in central Istria are just 30 minutes away. I always like to come back again here with my friends especially in this period of year when it is not so crowded.

- huge area where everyone can find something interesting - markets, bars, playgrounds, swimming pools inside the camping - you do not have to change your location to provide entertainment for your family. All in one place - mobile homes fully equipped - area surrounding homes are cleaned every day - good localization for travelling to different cities in Istria county or even in Italy (Triest, Venice)

- sea floor is not smooth causing that is not good for kids. Everyone should be carfull going into the sea. - two bathrooms in the home but one of them is very small

Excellent for stay with kids.

Nice location, perfect services, pools, bars, attractions... Grocery with fresh vegetable and fruits, excellent health service available in the case of need. Despite of the large quantities of people at the campsite, you don't have the feeling of "a overcrowded" area. Very good for families with kids!

Mobile homes CANOVA are really great, near to the sea and main swimming pool, small area with grass in front of the mobile home, great terrace with the option to close curtains in case of wind, or privacy, E-grill is fantastic! Air-Co was working well, the mobile home was cooled down very fast. The area of CANOVA mobile homes is very calm, even up to 50-100m behind is the main road separated by the wall.

We faced one situation when one of the kids had a small accident with bleeding in the face inside the area of the main swimming pool. Nevertheless, we were not able to find any lifeguards for about 15min after the accident. When we found them, they kindly apologized because of having regular breaks, which I can understand, but I think in such large resorts with thousands of people there should be at least someone available for full time, or at least any self-first aid kits available in high frequented areas of camp (e.g. in a restaurant, or bar in swimming pool area). The first aid kit, which was offered to us by lifeguards was so poor, that we did not use anything and left to buy needed one. After a very friendly speech with the lifeguards the next day, it seems to me, that the number of lifeguards in this camp is underestimated including their equipment. For that reason, I would like to recommend improving it for avoiding such situations and for more safety of guests.

Pools closing at 19 already, no able to pay by credit card except 2 restaurants in camp. Same in Umag reataurants, only cash.

Only cash (Kuna) is accepted. There was no lifeguards at the pools and some guests were using them by disturbing and even endangering others

Great place to stay and good value for money.

We stayed in the accommodation that had 6 houses to a pool and it was really lovely. It was a short walk to the beach and one of the main pools but we spent all our time at the pool that was with the accommodation. It was clean and in a good location.

Nice

We come here every year. We enjoy what the place offers. Beach nearby, private pool, smooth paths, shaded terrace, nice bars with live music. This time we booked the premium family mobile home, which is much more comfortable for family with 4 children. Still I'd expect one double and four single beds in a premium family home. Not two double and sofa bed.

No wi-fi, it just didn’t reach our property. There were lots of ants this time. We had to ask for extra bedding twice even though the place is booked for six people. Few things were broken, curtain pole, toilet seat, coffee machine and the extractor fan had a missing pipe so the extracted air went in a kitchen cupboard! There was a queue for checking in and checking out.. not well organised. We asked to extend our stay for one more day but were told that all mobile homes can only be booked on line and beforehand.

The place is beautiful. We enjoy so much. Mobile home, pool, everything is so wonderful. Our 5 year old girl was so thrilled. I recommend to all special who have kids. In one word PERFECT !!!
