The location is great, only about a 10‑minute walk from the train station. Stepping into this hotel filled with vintage furniture and decor felt like going back in time. The staff are lovely, the light breakfast is a wonderful addition, and a soak in the onsen was the perfect way to soothe my travel weariness.

The staff was super friendly, the reception area is filled with antiques, even a beautiful music player. The onsen is small but excellent, and the room had a great view of the mountain range and fragrant tatami mats
Alas, the room toilet had no bidet (but the ones at the onsen did!)

Really lovely experience, great authentic bedroom and comfortable futons. Great amenities. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful!

Very cool 1920’s lobby. Like stepping back in time. Onsen was nice. Free coffee and sitting area.
Found hairs in room. It was not cleaned properly. Odd smell to the room. Common areas and hallways a bit run down
