設備等が整っていて、家のように寛いで過ごせた点が良かったです。
タブレット越しでしたが、スタッフの対応も気持ちがよく丁寧でした。スタッフ対応は1番重要視しているポイントでしたので、おかげさまで快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。
掃除がもう少し行き届いていれば良かったなと思います。
経年劣化での傷等は仕方ないことなので全然気になりませんが、お風呂場のピンクの水垢やカビは、日々の積み重ねで衛生的になるかならないかの分かれ道だと思います。
物干しの穴にできていた黒カビも気になりました。
清潔感は大事だと思いますので、頑張ってもらいたいなぁと思いました。

室内はとてもきれいでおしゃれな感じでした。
ポーション式のコーヒーマシーンがあったのは、
うれしかったです
忘れ物もすぐに対応していただきました

三世代で利用しました
2階にリビングと和室があって、80代の両親には階段が辛かったので1階で寝てもらいました

Well equipped, nice clean rooms.
Need own transpo to get there. We came from huis ten bosch and its hard to get a taxi to get there. Not so easy to check in either. Need to talk to a staff before getting in. But the place is greatp!
