- we liked the communication and Petra a lot
- we get changed towels etc, as we stayed for a week
- place overall was as in the pictures, mainly balcony
- grocery in the front of the house is amazing thing
- beach was close( around 5 minutes walk down the hill)
- there could be window protection against mosquitos
- sliding door handle to bathroom from inside are little unpractical
- also air conditioner to bathroom works only with light on for short period, so get fogy very soon

Outstanding friendly welcome giving you all the information you want about restaurants etc.
Even a local supermarket right across the apartment. We had one with seaview and is highly recommended. It's a five minute walk to Borik beach with nice strand and accomodations. By car it's 10 min driving along the shores to Zadar Old Town.

It was nice and cozy, clean, the balcony area is huge and there’s a clotheshorse and you can also see a bit of the sea in the distance in between the other apartments in the area.
The kitchen has pretty much everything you’d need including salt, pepper and oil, there’s also a pot, a pan and wine opener.
Parking is right in front of the property behind a fence.
The beach is about 5-8 minutes from the property by foot. There’s a grocery store right across the street.
The staff was very helpful gave us all the info we needed including some parking spots in the city. They replied fast to our answers.
The bed was a bit smaller than we’d like both in length and width however it was comfortable and we didn’t have trouble sleeping.
We had a problem with the A/C right when we checked in but the staff promptly fixed it and it was all good from there.
