Situation de l'hotel dans une partie calme de Stalida. La chambre face à la mer. Le buffet du petits déjeuners. Propreté et personnel trés bien.
Taille de l'hotel: trop de monde malgré le mois de mai. L'incorrection des clients qui réservent les transats dés 7 heures du matin, la direction de l'hotel ne fait rien pour essayer de corriger ce problème. Les transats : il faut être deux pour les bouger... Le mélange de client " All inclusive" et B&B ... Le bruit de la ventilation dans la salle de bain qui est couplée a l'éclairage.

Très bon accueil, personnel restaurant et ménage extra. Très bel emplacement
La Crète n’est pas le pays du café mais il faut un minimum. J’allais le prendre à l’extérieur.
Repas correcte mais on aurait bien aimé avoir des fraises de saison plutôt que les éternelles pommes et bananes fin d’avril

Die Lage und der Strand sind super.
Das Essen war lauwarm und geschmacklich nicht gut. Der Speiseraum und die Terrasse waren immer überfüllt. Die Kellner arbeiten am Limit.
Die Angestellten vom Spa-Bereich sind sehr aufdringlich und teilweise sehr unfreundlich.
