Ivory Luxury Apartments

Was in a quiet location, very personal, clean, friendly staff. Was very pleasantly surprised.

Not much to be honest, only fault was the bar didn't have any draft beers, was cans or bottles from fridge but that's just me being super critical.

Die Lage ist super, fußläufig schnell im Ort und am Strand. Nahezu direkt daneben ein kleiner Mini Markt. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war super! Dazu der schöne Garten und Poolbereich und die absolut freundliche Begrüßung. TOP!

La gentillesse du jeune homme qui nous a accueilli, le jacuzzi privé (dernier étage), la piscine, la literie, la vue, le calme, 2 climatisations, 2 grandes TV, la localisation pour visiter les environs d'Héraklion.

Les environs ne sont pas des plus attrayants et l'endroit pourrait être plus soigné mais il faut saluer les efforts du jeune homme qui semble tout gérer. La climatisation était trop froide dans une chambre et trop chaude dans l'autre. Il y a un grand écart entre les photos de booking, google street view et l'expérience réelle..

This property has so much potential, bed are comfortable, really good size rooms, nice a peaceful, good location, plenty of hot water, lots of useful things like a washing machine etc. pool beds are comfortable and the pool is good.

The cleanliness is a problem, attention to detail and the finish make it lack the quality it could have. The shower and bathroom sink don’t drain well, leaving the floors very wet, the toilet is right next to the shower and also a plug socket on the wall opposite. Everything gets wet and the water goes out into the hallway as the water has warped the door. There was a dead cockroach outside our apartment for three days despite staff appearing to sweep. The outside toilets are unclean, we suspect this is from the men that hang around the pool and sleep at night. The pool shower tray is full of dirty water making them unusable. We had left over food in our cupboard such as half a packet of rice and two old bits of garlic. The kettle was filthy, I did buy a cleaner so that I could use it, I also got my own bleach and cleaning things, if you are using the jacuzzi you will need to clean it. The inside of drawers were not clean, most things are just surface clean, not quite good enough. Though they advertise a bar, the fridges are only stocked with what seem to be drinks that other guests leave behind in their fridges, though he does sometimes order things if asked. Some staff are pleasant enough but there is a language barrier, it is far from friendly or welcoming. There is no food available on site but a local shop that appears not to like selling things. None of these things really majorly affected our stay, we didn’t make any complaints or ask for anything to be changed, they are just observations for what should be better given the cost.
