It was small and very modern, the grounds were kept very clean and staff very friendly

The Del Mar is in a superb location - very central yet quiet as it is set back from the strip. The whole complex is spotless. The rooms are modern, very well equipped with air con included.

Friendly staff, happy to help with any problems. A nice quiet hotel, very chilled around the pool and wasn't too busy.
Great location on the beach road.
Rooms cleaned every day.
Only thing I could say is that the room we had could do with a little more space. As well as the double bed there was a single bed that used up all the free space. Think the room would be better utilised for just 2 people and put the table and chairs where the bed is. Personally I don't feel it's big enough for a family of 3.

the unpredictable nature of the hot water. on 5 out of 7 days there was either no hot water or we had to wait for some to heat up.
