And the best seat might be the master bed itself, where you can wake up, stay horizontal, and watch the morning swells roll in. This second-level north end unit in Seven C's Condos — among the newest condo buildings on the Outer Banks — turns "ocean view" from a bullet point into the entire experience.
Simple and Comfortable
Two queen bedrooms, both with TVs, comfortably host up to four guests — and to set expectations clearly, there's no sleeper sofa, so four is the number. The fully furnished kitchen delivers granite countertops, stainless appliances, a Keurig for the specialty coffee drinker, and a waffle iron and griddle for slow mornings. The whole condo is beautifully and comfortably decorated, with books and games provided for the quiet hours, a washer and dryer in the unit, and free Wi-Fi throughout.
The oceanfront pool sits below when you want a fresh-water break from the salt, and elevator access makes arrival easy (the elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and cannot be guaranteed).

My sister and I spent a long weekend in this incredible condo. First it’s beautifully located on the oceanfront so there are spectacular views. Then everything in the condo is of such high quality and comfort. The kitchen is well stocked and perfectly organized. We loved everything about this condo and hope to return.

We loved our week in this condo. The layout, furnishings, entertainment options, and comfort were top notch. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony morning, noon and night. The complex is small and well maintained. The pool was perfect for our kid to play around in, while we sunned on the deck. It's also located close to the Publix grocery, mini-golf, local restaurants, and the Wright Brothers monument. One note - the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need, everything!

Very nice spot. Initially there were no blankets needed because it was quite chilly. Also WiFi not working and there was no response from property managers. Property Mgt email not clear about signing lease and check in procedures. However once we got information it was very easy. Thx.
