Why not "drive in" to Croatan Surf Club? This spacious two-bedroom, three-bath, two-level townhouse-style condo is the smart pick for two couples or a small family — all the resort amenities of CSC, sized and priced for a smaller crew. And your dogs are welcome too ($150 plus tax per dog, maximum of 2).
Two Master Suites — No Short Straws
Downstairs, both bedrooms are king masters, each with its own private deck access, partial ocean views, and fresh coastal air. Nobody gets the lesser room. Upstairs, hardwood floors run through the open living and dining areas, where a comfortable living room (with a queen sleep sofa for flexible extra space) flows into a stylishly furnished dining area. The kitchen features granite countertops, tile flooring, and a large bar that's perfect for gathering, entertaining, or a quick breakfast before the beach. Three full baths and an in-unit washer and dryer keep everyone comfortable all week.
The location seals it: just down the street from the Wright Brothers Memorial, with activities, attractions, and great dining minutes away.

We had an amazing time. The condo was very clean. My only con is its kind of dark. We replaced a few light bulbs, but it wasn't a big deal.

Very nice place to stay. It's central, and near some great food. (Jack Brown's Beer & Burger, Three Tequilas, The Brewing Station all great.) The kitchen was nice to use. You'll need to buy the coffee filters with the flat bottom for the drip Mr. Coffee.)
The property itself is ideal, with covered parking, elevators when you need them to get to the third floor, which is the top of the two levels. I especially enjoyed the upper balcony. It has a view to the North and a little view of the water.
The master bedroom shower seemed to drain slowly. Best to use the shower / tub right next to it. There's are no outlets (even 110V) for an electric car, but there is free charging at the Brewing Station 2 miles away.

We have stayed in multiple condos at Croatan surf club. This condo needs maintenance. The hot water heater was changed out half way thru our stay. The washer didn’t work until hot water heater was replaced and before that it would stop spinning and trip one of the bedroom lights. The dishwasher was practically falling out as well as the nozzle on the sink. The oven takes 15 minutes to preheat and then doesn’t cook like it should. A casssrole that takes 30 min took over an hour and still was warm in the middle. I prefer to not have to deal with maintenance on my vacation. I also like to do laundry on vacation which I couldn’t do until the day before we left. We will never book this condo again!
