Beach Access: Enjoy the easy access to the beach by using the Community access behind the building, private to guests staying in the community.
No Smoking/Vaping, Croatan Surf Club is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted in units or common areas. Dog Friendly - 2 Dogs Maximum Allowed. Dogs allowed for an additional per pet fee.

Community pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. When we arrived at the apartment, check-in was really easy and we received everything we needed it. Parking was kind of difficult to figure out if we needed anything but ultimately you don’t need a tag so it’s fairly easy. I would just highlight that to potential renters. The apartment is very spacious and has almost everything that you need. We had a little bit of an issue with sheets and cleanliness of the outside area. But the rental company offered to come by to clean it as long as you are open and communicate, they will help you. The pools were still open and needed some cleaning, but it was nice that the outside pool was heated. There were a lot of kids that was very nice. Sadly I didn’t notice that this is a pet friendly apartment and someone must’ve had their cat so I had a lot of issues with my allergy but that’s an individual issue. The kitchen was nicely done and had everything you need. Overall we would return to the property. Note that beach access has stairs.

We enjoyed our stay. Did not realize the unity was a split level condo. That was a bit of a challenge. The rug in the living room area, really needs to be tossed, guessing the season was had on it.

The condo we stayed in was filthy. There was urine on the bedspread in the upstairs bedroom, which made the whole room smell like urine. The closet in the downstairs had extra comforters. My husband pulled one out, and there were pieces of poop on it. We guessed dog turds from a small dog. It was nice being in a dog-friendly condo but I was not expecting that. I was pretty much cleaning everything myself after that. Outside of the condo, the place was amazing. The pool was nice, and the baby pool was an added bonus. The beach was beautiful. We had great weather, so there was no need to use the indoor amenities. However, it was nice knowing that there was an indoor pool in case of bad weather.
