Langman's Sea Cabin — Sunrise on One Balcony, Sunset on the Other
Langman's Sea Cabin refuses to choose a favorite time of day. The oceanfront balcony catches the sunrise over the Atlantic — and its custom-built cocktail bar makes it the natural spot for the evening pour. Then the west-facing balcony takes the handoff, serving the sunset.
Two private balconies, both ends of the show, just steps from the sand.
Coastal Comfort, Light Everywhere
Inside, natural light fills an inviting open living and dining area made for board games, family dinners, and lazy evenings with your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances handles everything from beach snacks to a full spread. The king primary bedroom and a queen bedroom share a full hall bath — an easy fit for a couple, a small family, or friends who don't mind close quarters.
Days are simple here: boogie board, surf, or paddleboard the break out front, claim an umbrella and a good book, or cool off in the community pool. When dinner calls and nobody wants to cook, Goombay's Bar & Grill is a stroll away for a laid-back, island-style sunset meal.
The main level offers garage parking with stair and elevator access (the elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and cannot be guaranteed).

Very nice property. Kitchen/great room is excellent. Although a west facing property, there is a good view of the ocean on the side porch. Nice sunsets on the rear porch. Master bed and bath are great. Nice washer/dryer. The kitchen is nicely appointed and has everything you would need. We did bring an electric kettle to boil water. There is a kettle that will boil water on the stove. The cleaning crew did not lock the slider to the side porch, it was shut. They left the door to the rear porch unlocked and wide open. The slider to the side porch was dirty but no blame. The wind was whipping and the salt and spray wreaked havoc all week long. We tried to keep up with it, but it was futile. Great location. Excellent property. Highly recommend it.
