A Very exceptional Hotel

The natural view is good and the room experience horrible

with good view by the sea

very bad room design. The restaurant is just out the room window and bathroom window and guests sit by our bathroom window we can hear very clearly of what they are talking about(from 7am to 11pm). Room door next to the elevator and stairs, very noisy as well. No vent in the bathroom and we cannot open the window as people sitting there!! The shower makes the room wet everywhere. Terrible experience ever. The hotel just wants to make money and not considering guest experience at all.

Great unique hotel to stay at.

The room was great, we didn't have a view but it was nice. The view from the hotel grounds though was amazing. The room was a great size and the bathroom was large and modern.

The rooms needed to be more sound proof as we could here everything outside our door.

A perfect place

We had a wonderful 3-night stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. Our room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. A huge highlight was the breakfast—delicious, high-quality options and, best of all, it never felt overcrowded.

Mediterranean relaxation with a view.

Property was absolutely stunning. Designed very nicely and every corner was clean. Loved the warm and cosy atmosphere and loved the Mediterranean vibes. It was also nice and quiet. Great views from the sunchairs and restaurant area. Staff were all very helpful and accommodating.

Slight smell from the drains, likely due to the old pipes rather than any fault of the cleaning staff. Didn’t have a gym or indoor pool.

Amazing hotel let down by the average restaurant

Really beautiful hotel perched above Malaga with stunning views down to the sea. Our room was the deluxe double I think and was fantastic...very comfy bed, lovely bathroom. Very peaceful area high above the town itself. We found the walking just fine - about 10 minutes walk down to the lovely promenade with lots of little eateries and another 30 minutes to Malaga Old Town. Herself raved about the hotel so I'm stocked up on brownie points well into 2026!

Restaurant was a bit disappointing considering the high prices charged. Staff were nice but inattentive and food was not matching the lovely hotel. As noted in other reviews, there's a god awful sewage smell from the bathroom - did not notice it at first but seems to get worse over the 3 nights we were there...and no, it's not me this time!

Beautiful hotel far from the crowds

A beautiful property with a lovely courtyard that doubles as the restaurant. Plunge pool has a beautiful view. Staff were lovely and happy to accommodate my requests. Bed super comfy, altho pillows extremely soft.

I wouldn’t call this a 5-star hotel. The slippers were the cheapest, thinnest slippers, not worth €1. Restaurant very limited and pricey for what you get, with starters almost the same price as mains. I had the good fortune of a top floor corner room that had lovely views but that unfortunately included the sound of dogs barking late into the night (thankfully I never travel without my Loop earplugs). No curtains or blinds in the bathroom so felt like I was being watched while taking a bath. Room service also very limited and most of it can only be ordered after 10.30pm??

Beautiful property, amazing rooms but the bed was the cherry on the cake for me. I've never slept in a bed so comfortable, it was incredible.

o Whom It May Concern, My wife and I stayed at your hotel on June 25th for one night, checking out

Absolutely terrible experience. This hotel not only charged me twice for the same stay but also stole my husband's expensive BOSS jacket that we accidentally left behind. We stayed for one night and checked out the next morning. Within hours, we realized we had left the jacket in the closet of our room. We called immediately and were told they would check and call us back. No one did. I even had the staff at another hotel call for me in Spanish to make sure there was no miscommunication. The response? "We're still checking." By the end of the day, they claimed nothing was found. How does a $700 jacket in a dust bag just vanish? On top of that, even though I had prepaid for the stay via Booking.com, they charged me again at checkout. I told them I had already paid, but the front desk insisted I hadn't. Now I see both charges on my card. This place is either completely disorganized or actively scamming people. I am disputing the charge with my credit card and contacting Booking.com. I will also make sure others are warned to avoid this hotel. If you value your belongings and your money, do not stay here.

Perfect

A beautiful historic building set overlooking Malaga and the sea. So close to the city, but feels so peaceful and calming. The courtyards are just stunning. Combine that with warm and friendly service, a stunning room, and great food. Perfect! We’ll be back for sure!

The room and the view from our room and the terrace outside was beautiful, very peaceful and staff were attentive. Extended breakfast hours until 12noon were much appreciated.

Pretty Hotel: lacks 5 star food, service and pool is a plunge not for swimming.

Close to Malaga church and old town /beaches. Excellent beds and comfort in pillows. Beautiful grounds and patio. Exterior of hotel is lovely. Nice bath products.

The check in is rude and confusing. States 3:00 pm but if you arrive early they fail to tell you they truly will not let you in before 3. Told to wait in patio so you think room ready soon….not the case 2.5 hrs! Would be nice to inform you maybe you don’t wish to sit around for this time. We decided to lunch while waited and huge mistake. Ordered NO CHEESE chicken sandwitch and after a few bites saw filled with cheese. I’m on medication so my stomach turned a few hours later and got sick. The food is rated 3 star on google so check what they give you (or not give you) as my partners salmon was 6very small cubes for $20 euro/same a my sandwich . The top part of patio is closed off to eating which has the best views of sea. Also tried to give us a crappy airport small size dark room w cramped bathroom that barely fits 1 person. Had it changed. Be careful with what you end up getting. Would not come again the rude waiting, the cheese gotten again specific order, and the disappointment of finally seeing our “dark/tiny” first offered room ruined our trip. Just slept in the hotel after and went out for food. A pity as we had hoped to relax an stay there for the two nights and eat/swim. Also if you’re expecting to swim forget it. It’s an unheated plunge pool tiny. Looks great in pics.

A small and very pretty hotel. View, room, and breakfast were all excellent. Staff are extremely friendly and couldn't do more to help and make our short stay any better. I would highly recommend it.
