Beautiful location, spacious apartment, great view of the sunset

The apartments location is amazing, right by 3 beaches and also 5-15 min walk from a few other beaches too. The apartment is very spacious and clean, with the right kitchen supplies for making food and coffee. There is a supermarket right next to the apartment which is useful too. Amazing view of the sunset from the balcony. The apartment is also near lots of lovely restaurants and tavernas. We had a hire car so got to explore so many beautiful places nearby, but there are also good bus connections from outside the apartment if you do not hire a car. The check in process was easy and information was explained well too

It would be good if guests could have beach towels refreshed once during their stay. We stayed for 8 nights and made sure to air dry our towels every evening but of course after a while they get quite sandy and salty and sometimes don’t dry properly either when you are going to the beach every day. This is just one very minor thing and everything else was perfect! Or I would recommend to pack an extra towel :-)

We enjoyed the stay in the Astacos Studios apartment and can absolutely recommend it.

The apartment is located between 3 very beautiful beaches to which we had a nice view from the balcony. The walking distance to the beaches is 5 mins, the walking distance to the monastery hill across is 10-15 mins. It is good to know that almost all other hotels or apartments in Paleokastritsa are located up the hill, whereas the Astacos studios are closeby the beaches at sea level. The Green Bus station is right in front of the apartment for traveling from/to Korfu town if you are not in by car. The apartment has everything you need, kitchen is equipped to make coffee, salad or small dishes. The apartment was clean and the diligent room service every 2 days was absolutely sufficient. The communication with owner and staff was uncomplicated with seamless check-in/check-out procedure. There are plenty opportunities to rent boats or for boat trips in walking distance, same as several tavernas and a very close-by supermarket. Location is also ideal if you want to explore northwest coast by hiking.

The bed creaked a bit, which can be a bit disturbing if you are not alone, but was yet comfortable enough for a good sleep.

The studio has superb views, it is extremely comfortable, modern and clean. The area is lively during the day, and peaceful in the mornings and evenings, great restaurants and beaches. Ideal holiday destination and apartment.

Amazing place, good location

The location is great, you can see the seaside from the balcony and it is only few minutes from a beautiful beach with crystal clear water. It is also 1 minute away from supermarkets and restaurants. Alexander, the owner, was very nice and very helpful

Breathtaking Ionian Views & Genuine Greek Hospitality at Astacos Studios

Lovely, quiet studios perched above the bay—Astacos Studios exceeded our expectations for a three-night stay in Paleokastritsa. Our room was spotless, bright, and equipped with a small kitchenette and balcony overlooking the sparkling Ionian Sea. The hosts were warm and helpful and local tips with a smile. A short stroll brought us to the beach, lovely tavernas, and the bus stop for easy island exploration. Highly recommend for anyone seeking peace, great views, and genuine Greek hospitality!

Near to beach

The bed is very poor. It is not feasible for two people and a child. The bed screws are very loose so be prepared for whole night with uncomfortable sleep. If you want to have room near to beach and restaurant than its okay otherwise not recommended. The kitchen had no baking papers where you can cook some food in the oven.

Relaxing beach stay

The location is perfect for a beach holiday. The host shared clear instructions which made finding the studios easy and stress free which was helpful. The location is near a supermarket, restaurants and most importantly a great swimming beach. We stayed before peak holiday season so during the day the village was busy, but at night it was peaceful and relaxing

Amazing place with a great location

This is an amazing place! It’s just off the beach, the property is well equipped with everything you could need including a beach towel, beach umbrella and lots of kitchen utensils. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I hadn’t realised how bit Paleokastria is and so felt very lucky to be just by the beach and not 200m up a steep hill!

very nice location and quaint area, love the view of the beach coves from the balcony, splendid way to waking up too each morning. the sounds of the waves makes it cozy and peaceful. the owner Mr Alexandro is very helpful and friendly. always greeted you with smile. overall 100% recommendation. definitely will come back :)

Unreal location and excellent host

We came to corfu after a short stay in marseille and this place exceeded our expectations in everyway. Located directly inbetween 3 of the loveliest beaches around, the apartment was clean, modern and has everything you need. The best part of the experience was the host, he helped us with car rental prior to arrival, helped us park on arrival and also gave us a room tour and advice for activities while on the island. This place is probably the easiest recommendation of anywhere I've stayed.

Amazing studio near the beach with a great owner! Looking forward to next time!

Absolutely fantastic place! Close to the beach (about 100 meters?), near many wonderful restaurants, and also close to a bus stop (buses to Kerkyra depart several times a day - on the time!). The room was regularly cleaned and the overall accommodation was absolutely top-notch. The owner is amazing, with great communication, and parking was available (we rented a car near the airport in Kerkyra). Highly recommend and we're looking forward to coming back soon!

I stayed in Astacos Studio 9 days. Everything was really nice: perfect location, wonderful and helping host, nice lady cleaning room everyday (except Sunday which is very understandable), equipped kitchen. I can highly recommend Astacos Studio and I hope I will visit it again :)

My room was so nice and cool when I got to it on a very hot day. The beds where very comfortable and the manager was awesome. Great wifi connections because I needed a lot of broadband to have seminar and team meetings. The view was excellent.

It was a high volume tourist season so the only parking I could get was at the parking lot and I had to walk over to the hotel and then climb three flights of stairs.

I will definitely come again!

The host was extremely helpful. Helped to book taxis, came to greet me personally and gave me useful local tips. He was always happy to help if needed, made sure to arrange cleaning services every day whilst I was out. The wifi reception was very good - I needed it for work and he made sure it was working well. I had a great view from the terrace and it is well isolated from noise regardless of how central and close to the beach it is. There were so many little details for added comfort that I really fel like I was at home. There were 4 different types of pillows to choose from, which is just an example of the kind of detail which is highly appreciated. I would definitely stay again and next time I will come with my whole family.

Could be better.

Was good, but not excepectinal, as the air conditioner was in the living room and to keep the door of the room opened there was light in early morning com8ng trough. Also even the flat is modern and well equiped it miss a cozy ambiance. So is a good choice but around u got better and for less money, just have to booked in advance. Alexandro was very nice till the moment i make the evaluation of the place with a 8. Since there he was cripy, pressing me to give a 10..... well, seems that at this plce u can not have ur opinion.

I hated to be prssed to give 10, after give a 8.......is the first time that in booking someone pressed me to change my evaluation. And as i booked a few days later another flat with this person, but the flat is in a sec9nd floor with a long an danger stair, when i asked to cancel booking he used the argue that i just give him 7......so he his not in the mood for the cancelation for a small fee, even he knows that i m with my mother that is 82 years old. Strange situation to confunde
