amazing stay, would definitely stay again!

Everything at this accommodation was perfect! The location & BALCONY VIEW could not be better (I think maybe the best view in town to be honest!) & the Michalas family are so lovely & helpful, always available for any requests / advice. It's really beautiful waking up there - balcony is huge. George even stayed up late to greet us as we had a very late check in/ flight drama, and he even lent me a charger wire late at night - thanks again! The sea is right on your door step - like 2 minutes down some steps & we loved the free sunbeds/ private swimming platform - dreamy spot! The pool area & pool bar is lovely too & the accom is perfectly positioned in Paleokastrita for walking to many bars / tavernas / beaches. Everything you need really, all super close by. Beds were also very comfortable! Great value for money. We would definitely return - thank you George & family :))

Paradise in Paleokastritsa

Literally everything. Complete relaxation with stunning view and hosts that went out of their way to make us welcome. We will definitely return.

Excellent place to stay, would recommend!

I absolutely loved my stay here. I was unexpectedly travelling solo, and felt very safe and comfortable. The room is a nice size with an incredible view of the sea from the balcony. The host family are ever so helpful and friendly. The location is amazing, so close to a less busy beach and only a ten minute walk to the main beach. There is shop just across the road, a lovely pool bar above the apartments for a nice evening cocktail, and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The location was excellent next to bars and tavernas. Across the rd from a supermarket. We had the bigger of the two apartments which was very spacious. The view from the apartments was absolutely breathtaking. The balcony was large we could have sat there all day , so relaxing. Excellent facilities if you wanted to eat in. Down a few steps outside there is a private lounging area which you can use , very convenient and chilled.

Family friendly apartment with incredible view

The view is incredible! And the location is perfect, close to the main beaches, close to shops and close to taverns. There was also ample of parking around. It’s a family run place and George, his brother and mum were so friendly and welcoming towards us! They made it clear we could ask if we needed anything, and were always interested to hear about our days when we went to the bar. The top of the property has a beautiful pool bar, we couldn’t hear the music at all from our apartment. The apartment itself was well kitted out, had what we needed with kitchen items and bathroom items.

Nothing! It’s amazing value for money, it’s quite a classic and traditional apartment with the facilities available. The shower doesn’t have a curtain which meant the bathroom gets very wet, but we used the balcony to dry items which is perfect in the sunny Corfu weather. If you’re looking for a 5 star fully serviced apartment, this isn’t the one, but if looking for a family friendly place for an easy going stay, this is great.

It was truly a memorable time, and we’re so happy we chose this place!

We had an unforgettable stay at this apartment! George and his family welcomed us very warmly and made us feel right at home. The apartment looked exactly like in the photos and had everything we needed. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. Just above the apartments, there’s a pool bar with an equally amazing view – we often went there for a beer or a glass of wine, and you can also grab a bite to eat. The apartment is located right in the heart of Paleokastritsa, just a few minutes walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants.

This is a slice of paradise, the location is fantastic. The family are so welcoming, they couldn't do enough for us. Great lunch & cocktails are an added bonus too. I will definitely return!

Beautiful, relaxing and welcoming

We have never stayed anywhere that had nicer staff. The family made our stay so enjoyable, they were generous, kind and genuinely wanted us to have the best time possible they couldn’t do enough for us. The view from our room was exceptional and the location was perfect.

Wonderful views and Welcoming hosts!

George and his family are lovely and this room is a treasure of Paleokastritsa with the most magical view and easy access to a quiet beach, and close to the larger beaches of the town (and some great restaurants)! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment was well-appointed and in a great location

A very comfortable department with its own balcony and view of the sea. We had a very warm welcome and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi fast. The apartment is in a quiet location and very convenient in Paleokastritsa.

A slice of Paradise in Paleokastritsa

Everything. The rooms are simple but you have everything you could ever need inside and the beds are very comfortable. The view from the balcony is incredible and the steps alongside the apartment go right down to the beach. The bar and swimming pool are also fabulous, and Georgios, Spyros and his family are so kind and welcoming. Their cocktails are also the best! We would definitely stay here again

Fabulous location and great value for money.

The location, cleanliness, size of the apartment, large fridge, good amount of cutlery, glassware and equipment, beautiful balcony and amazing view ! good size bed and relatively comfortable, good air conditioning, great family hosts, fabulous cove for swimming and snorkelling, lovely clear water, private sunbed area at the beach, adjacent bar to property and within walking distance of everything in the resort, restaurants, boat hire etc. Wifi excellent.

The room itself is dated, kitchen only basic ( no hot water tap, very strange hob and small oven unit) and needs updating, shower old style and water pressure variable, unfortunately shower curtain didn't keep the water in.

Great location with exceptional view. The owner could not have been kinder or more helpful. The room was bright, clean and simple with all our needs met. You have the use of sun beds on a patio at the bottom of the steps. We love the narrow pebble beach as it is relatively quiet.

A little bit nervous about the wooden part of the balcony which flexes under foot. We are heavy people. Some music from adjacent bars but we are old and boring.

Clean, comfortable and a warm welcoming family that made our stay amazing!

Everything about our stay in the Vivaria Apartments was amazing! I would give a higher rating if I could. The pictures shown on booking.com do not do the apartments justice at all. The apartments were clean, very spacious and had a large balcony with spectacular views. The shower worked very well and there was also a mosquito net on the balcony. The apartments were run by the kindest family. When we arrived they offered myself and my boyfriend a welcoming drink free of charge which was very kind and they helped us throughout our stay with any queries. We couldn’t have asked for better service it was amazing!! Finally when we were leaving to stay at a different location, we asked if they could ring a taxi and thanks to the family they showed us the alternative of getting a bus which only cost €2.30 in comparison to a €60 taxi fare. They walked myself and my boyfriend to the bus stop as we were unsure of where to go. I also have to mention that the food and cocktails were very good. We felt very safe and welcomed during our stay and we are sad that we didn’t get to stay for a longer period! Thanks to George and his family for everything !😊
