The location was close to town and shopping and the staff was welcoming and friendly

The Hotel was very comfortable, especially the Rotunda room, plus the staff were more than accommodating and helpful. The evening wine tasting was a nice treat along with the varied breakfasts.
Our balcony could have benefitted from an outside light to be able to read in the evening, but that's only a minor point.

The staff are amazing
The room is located in an old building and has a strong unpleasant odor due to high humidity levels and poor ventilation, creating a damp and uncomfortable environment.
