The location is excellent, and the management staff were very professional, attentive, and helpful when we raised our concerns.
Housekeeping was disappointing. Also, before booking, I would strongly recommend making sure your room is in the newly renovated section of the hotel, as this was not made clear to us at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we only found out quite late during our stay.
However, after we raised our concerns, the management team handled the situation very professionally and was helpful and attentive.
