The room looked as though it had just been remodelled and was extremely nice. A little small but was not a problem. The pool are was beautiful. The interior of the building was so nice and the location perfect!
Only the breakfast. Which was very basic. The hot food was actually warm.

Located (near the train station) and relatively close to the centre of Cannes
The hotel didn't have good sound insulation so we could hear people passing in the corridor or guests having sex 😐 and the breakfast service was slow (things were always missing and took longer than normal to be refiled, for the capacity of the hotel the service simply didn't do it justice).
