The hotel was nice, the apartment rooms were well equipped and felt newly renovated. The bed was comfortable, and the location was great — close enough to the city centre for a short car ride, while still being far enough away to avoid the chaos and noise of the city.
It rained heavily during our stay, and unfortunately the waterproofing of the doors was not very good, which caused some water to enter the room. The blinds/curtains are also a bit too transparent, and at night you can see inside when the lights are on, so privacy could definitely be improved. Other than that, we had a good experience overall. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always available when needed.

Nice balcony / view.
Musty smell, location not ideal for San Sebastian centre no shops / cafes in vicinity, sofa bed only single kids mattress.
