Right next to Taksim square :) located in an alley but easy to find. There was a nice kebab place next to it too. Room was spacious n clean

I book king suit with balcony when i arrived to the hotel they give me normal king suit

The location was good, at the heart of the main street. Staff and breakfast were great. All hardworking and kind. But the room condition was mediocre -- especially it desperately needs to change all bedding. The sheets (on the bed and on the blanket) were all pilled (with lints) and it did not feel on the skin. I would say even though my stay was satisfactory, in terms of price I would rethink its value.

There were no facilities e.g.. no bell boy, big taxi can't go at door, no shower gel, telephone was not working, and especially agoda put wrong pics against rooms.
