Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and warm.

Was not a very welcoming atmosphere, comments made from the owner were very direct and on the limit of being offensive at times. When heating turned on, especially at night, were very noisy (could here the water flowing through the radiators)

The lady at the reception is very kind and engaged. The fruit salad at breakfast is great.

The building and rooms are very old and not well maintained. E.g. broken window, door handle. Old carpets, etc. Shower and toilet are weirdly placed in the middle of the room inside a (plastic?) container.

Room was renovated and superlative with kitchen facilities very useful when travelling with a baby. Owner was really friendly and welcoming Tirolo is very nice and has a lot of amenities

70er Jahre Zeitreise in Dorf Tirol bei Meran

Die Zimmer waren sauber und eines davon hatte eine schöne Terrasse. Die Ausstattung war eher etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay. Das Frühstück sah gut aus, gab es aber leider erst ab 8 Uhr und wir mussten früher los zum Bus.

Das Personal war leider unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten am Tag besetzt, sodass eine Kommunikation eher schwierig war.

Die Lage war ganz gut. Frühstück einigermaßen gut. Zumindest gab es selbst gemachte Marmelade und Obstsalat.

Die Zimmer schon sehr einfach, aber gerade noch okay. Das Schwimmbad allerdings und deren Umgebung im Keller war im grauenvoll. Das muss wirklich nicht sein.

Für einen kostengünstigen Kurzaufenthalt noch geeignet

das Frühstück war in Ordnung, der kostenfreie Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vor dem Haus, die freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen im Haus, der Ort Tirol und das Wetter

Das Hotel ist grundlegend sanierungsbedürftig. Das Bad war der Eingangsflur zum eigentlichen Zimmer und so eng, dass man bei der Benutzung der Toilette mit den Knien fast an den Heizkörper an der gegenüberliegenden Wand stieß. Die Dusche war ebenfalls extrem eng und verfügte über einen breiten gefliesten Rand mit Gefälle zur direkt davorstehenden Toilette und einen Duschvorhang. Beim Duschen wurde daher trotz größter Vorsicht fast der gesamte Fußboden des Bades nass. Die Matratzen der Betten waren sehr weich und durchgelegen. Die Deckenlampe und die Nachttischlampen waren so schwach, dass abends das Lesen im Zimmer fast unmöglich war. Der Fernseher ist winzig. Von der Benutzung des Schwimmbades im Keller haben wir Abstand genommen, da dort alles muffig war und unhygienisch wirkte. Farbe und Putz blättern von den Wänden.

Günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit oberhalb von Meran

Ich habe das Hotel für 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise gebucht. Unbedingt bei der Auswahl des Zimmers danach schauen, welche Kategorie man bucht. Mein Doppel-Zimmer mit Balkon war sauber und sehr preisgünstig, aber hatte dafür eine alte Ausstattung im 70er Jahre Stil. Darauf wurde aber bei der Buchung hingewiesen, dass es sich um ein unrenoviertes Zimmer handelt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut ausgestattet mit guter Auswahl und ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Personal und Service waren zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Ich habe allein im Doppelzimmer gewohnt. Das Badezimmer bestand aus einer nachträglich eingebauten Duschkabine mit Toilette. Das Waschbecken befand sich im Zimmer. Wie gesagt, ausreichend, wenn man eine günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht.
