Luxury stay in the mountains

Pristine, modern, comfortable rooms and amazing spa with multiple saunas. Wide selection for breakfast. Helpful staff with good recommendations. 10 mins walk to ski lift, although they do offer a shuttle service in the morning. They also arranged our lift passes and onsite heated lockers which saved us much time and made the whole experience far smoother.

Very small point, but would have liked tea / coffee making facilities in the room.

Very nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. We thought the beds where too hard and they changed these! Beautiful spa and sauna

They should give the option of lighter menus in the evening, but overall very good food.

Nichts

Personal war total unorganisiert. Ich habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt. Um 8.00 Uhr morgens schlug gefühlt die Putzfrau die Tür ein. Am 2.Tag war mein Tisch zum Frühstück besetzt und es gab keine Alternative? Ich setze mich dann an den nächsten bereits „gebrauchten“ das ist 4 Sterne + Ich würde es meinem größten Feind nicht empfehlen. Es gibt schönere Aufenthalte in Fiss.

Grote verbouwing achter de rug. Maar had dan ook airco en koelkastjes geplaatst. Een eerste vereiste met de steeds warmer wordende zomers.

Geweldig goed hotel, goede bedden, een super ontbijt en een zalig 5 gangen diner en de omgeving is adembenemend mooi,kortom en TOP locatie en een TOP hotel.
