No breakfast supplied
Pluming in bathroom needs looking at. Tap dripped all night , could not stop it. Nobody at reception to report it to. We left ahead 08.20x

As family they gave us Two rooms on different floors

Slightly noisy the second night and felt the decor was a bit tired

Plenty if hot water and good shower. Good sized towels
The property was a bit shabby and needed some tlc No plug in the hand basin which was cracked.
