I use this as a stop for early morning trips on 'le shuttle', it's always clean, great location for an early start to the tunnel and the staff have always been lovely.

Room was reasonable, not much noise from other guests. It was also clean.
Staff were all pleasant and smart. Lea booked us in and dealt with any requests, such as additional pillows, etc. The lady who did the night shift (think it may have been Joyce) came back in to provide the food vouchers, even though she had finished for the day.
Whilst a fan was supplied it needed A\C due to unusual high temps.
The pull out bed was not that comfortable as the mattress was quite thin.

The location is great. The staff at reception is really lovely and professional. We arrived late and the receptionist was really kind.
The shower part not functioning well. Shower gel was empty, fortunately we had our own.
