Good clean room and en-suite bathroom with good towels and shower. Good selection of food at breakfast and staff helpful and kept food stocked up well even when busy. There were always staff present at reception and they all spoke excellent English. Although no evening meal option, there is an excellent delicatessen historic covered food market building next door with about 10 different options of food upstairs. This is a vibrant place with music at the weekend I visited. It has a good vibe and also plenty of relaxed seating. Most eating establishments open until 9 or 10 pm. daily. Sensible prices. I always felt safe in the area even late in the evening or early morning.

Location is about 30 mins walk from town so needs some planning if attending events or tours in old centre Staff were pleasant however could have been a bit more forthcoming and welcoming on arrival, they know the city and I was obviously a tourist. After about 3 days I asked about which buses and trams served the area and various destinations.. They readily produced a fully annotated sheet in English describing all the options... not sure why they didn't offer this on day one.

Great location right next to a cool food market with a variety of places to eat or buy food, a supermarket and several restaurants. Breakfast was ok There is a big park with playgrounds, basket, cafe and more very nearby Out room (superior) was newly renovated and very nice and clean

Good value for money

I made a reservation late at night and we arrived after midnight. It's nice to have 24/7 reception. Familiar hotel as we have stayed there a few times. Everything works.

If anything, the curtains could be better blackout and a little TLC in the rooms. A small fridge would be a nice addition to the rooms.

Good strong bed mattress. Room not big, but not small. Good location for us. In bath very good water pressure.

Very small feather pillows, a only 1 per person. We asked more and was given. In the room was kettle, but no cups, spoons or even any tea or coffee. No Shampoo or Shower Gel, just liquid Soap.
