The host was very nice and was even able tp accommodate our special requests.
There wasn't any hot water from the shower for some reason.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, room newly renovated, even the bathroom floor was heated which is a very pleasant feeling. There were coffee in the room, pizzeria and bar downstairs. All the minot things that make a stay pleasant. And location is very good, interesting neighborhood.

Nice and clean as expected. Friendly host.
If you plan to take a hot shower during cold weather, don’t expect it to last long — the hot water runs out within minutes. The location is also different from what was advertised, which makes it difficult to find, especially if you’re not local. Additionally, no email with instructions was sent prior to arrival. Had to call the mobile.
