Value Hotel Nice

The room was small but was comfortable and clean. Toilet was also small, but it is good for just one person. The hotel has a quiet policy begin at 10pm everyday, so I guess that keeps the noise down. Hairdryer was provided. They even have a special tap just for drinking water, love that. I just refill my drinking water from that tap.

The room was small, but I guess that is generally the case for Singapore hotel. As the room was small, the toilet and room area was very closed and some water splashed out from the toilet. The wall was not totally soundproof but still ok. The table was really small, just enough for me to put my phone and water bottle. It is quite a walking distance from the MRT station. But it should not be a problem for young people who can walk. I was not sure whether the air-conditioner was functioning because I did not feel much air though. But I prefer a warmer room so not a problem for me.

Very quiet and cleanliness. Except the bathroom is very small and tge room size is ok. To keep the luggage there is not much space left.

- The bed was comfortable. - Good air conditioning. - The guy who helped us move room was very patient and friendly, understanding of the situation we had.

- We had to be moved rooms three times. Whilst I expect rooms with no windows to have a certain level of condensation, the two rooms we had were extremely damp, smelly, dusty and quite clearly hadn’t been used in a while. Our third room was ok though. - The area is not really accessible to Singapore city. Your closest MRT is 17 minutes away walking and taxis would be too expensive to pay in and out each day ( if your on a budget which I would suspect you are if booking here) - We approached staff for help navigating our way in to the city and other areas, directions and help were not really clear and we just figured it out for ourselves.
