I contacted the property a week or 2 before we arrived to say our check-in time was much earlier than expected - no problems.
The property has a very friendly face.
Every confidence in the security of the room.
It's quite close to the main street in Shanklin which has lots of facilities.
It's only 10 minutes from the Old Town which is really a beautiful place, as is the beachfront, also about a 10 minute walk away.
Nice compact garden to sit down & relax.
The hot breakfasts were quite small in volume.
The shower was inconsistent in terms of hot/cold water, (presumably because others were using showers in their room at the same time)

Lovely B&B in a fantastic location. We stayed with our two children and had everything we needed. The shops and beach are within walking distance, breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was amazing. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely owner. Paul was accommodating and I was able to check in early.
Room was large, great, large tv, small fridge and coffee maker. Good shower. Heat blocking curtains. Plenty of storage and a small sofa.
Cafetières of coffee served with breakfast.
Breakfast service was ok …you have to pre order or have toast and cereal.
No shampoo in the bathroom.

Lovely welcome, with a full description given about facilities in the room. Clean bright room . With a comfortable bed. Well stocked tea tray. Lovely breakfast each morning. Loveky quiet location with a 10 min walk to bus station to travel around island. Would stay here again when next on the island.
