The staff were welcoming and friendly. With my limited Italian and their efforts in English, we progressed well.
The rooms were simple but very clean and comfortable. They had everything I needed for a good night’s sleep.

They have renovated everything. The hotel is really a 3 star hotel with lovely friendly staff. I really liked it.
I think it would be great if they could offer breakfast as well, and reduce their price a bit.

Was pretty cold. Heating was on short periods of time in the morning and evening.
NO documentation about the city (touristy map, plan of the underground system, or street car).
Cultural / sport events, concerts, etc.
We would have appreciated a list of restaurants, bars, snack bars etc. We stayed in Milano for one week only.
We did not have time to prepare for our flight properly.
