Very well located hotel, friendly staff, average equipment

Everything was absolutely excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very well located. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and the attention to detail. I had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for more.
Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

Was pretty cold. Heating was on short periods of time in the morning and evening.
NO documentation about the city (touristy map, plan of the underground system, or street car). Cultural / sport events, concerts, etc. We would have appreciated a list of restaurants, bars, snack bars etc. We stayed in Milano for one week only. We did not have time to prepare for our flight properly.
