Overall great stay
The staff was super nice, very outgoing. The room was always attended to when we were out, and made up very nicely. The breakfast buffet was solid and the hotel was cozy.
The bed was hard and the pillows flimsy.

Our favorite stay in Switzerland.
This was by far the best view from any balcony in any room I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. It’s breathtaking. We were in Switzerland for 2 weeks and this was our favorite stay. Even if you don’t pay extra for a room with a balcony view, you can relax in their lounge downstairs, or their private outdoor terrace. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was nice and it was also nice to be able to eat dinner downstairs when we didn’t want to go out in the cold to walk to another restaurant. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed for our stay.
I wish the clothes washer and dryer were free (or cheaper than 5 euros/cycle since it took 2-3 cycles for the clothes to get dry in a small load).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely unforgettable stay! Hotel Edelweiss Superior in Mürren truly exceeded all expectations. The view from our room was simply breathtaking — waking up to the mountains right outside the window felt like a dream. 🌄 The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant serves delicious food with panoramic views that are worth the trip alone. Everything — from the spotless rooms to the cozy atmosphere — radiates warmth and Swiss charm. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and authentic hospitality in the heart of the Alps, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️🏔️

One of a kind view at premier hotel
Location! Location! Location! Incomparable views! The location was convenient--easy walk from train station and close to other key locations-restaurants, Schilthornbahn and Allmendhubel funicular. The amenities were exceptional--restaurant, outdoor area for drinks+views, laundry facilities (pay-by-coin washer and dryer, self-service). Room clean and modern. Splurging for view was worth every franc.
