Centrally located and good breakfast. I liked our triple room and the windows overlooking the street. Very helpful opening a stuck suitcase. Parking extra but adjacent to hotel. Could leave our car in garage until 2:00 pm on day of departure.

Room very stuffy due to weather. This was not the hotels fault however.

The location is exceptional. The single room was actually quite spacious. The desk was easy to work at. There was a kettle for tea and coffee which was appreciated. The hotel was quiet at night.
The staff were overly formal and not good communicators. They seemed put out by a small request and were not helpful with questions.
A big show was made around the breakfast but the food was dull. Some cooked eggs would have gone a long way.
The restaurant’s food was terrible, perhaps the worst I had in 2 months of continuous traveling.
The pillow flat and uncomfortable.
The room key was attached to a lug that must have weighed half a kilo.
