Helpful staff, quick reply to emails. Quiet. Close to central train station. Windows are doors that open to a tiny private courtyard. Could hear birds singing. Great breakfast.
No refrigerator. No air conditioning. Only given 1 bottle of water for 3 days

beautiful location by the church and trees, walking distance to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. friendly staff. clean, tidy,still and simple practical room.
