Friendly staff, lovely outside pool that was heated and comfortable beds. We asked for more teabags and milk and this wasn't a problem.
The spa felt a bit dated but it was fine.

The nember of staff that greeted us was very welcoming professional/charming a credit to Fredericks Hotel & Spa. The room was clean the beds comfortable & had a great sleep ! The facilities were OK (the grounds although maintained a tad unloved ) areas that could do with a bit of attention & upkeep) that aside I would stay here again & would recommend to others !
I did like ..Sraff were professional & welcoming . Unable to pass comment on the restaurant as we dined out! Perhaps another time & another stay at Fredericks Hotel & Spa!
