Spectacular stay for a big group in the most beautiful Tuscan villa <3

We spent five days in Villa Rosa to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of our class. Even though we were a group of 23 people, the villa was a perfect fit and spacious enough for all of us. Our stay exceeded all of our expectations: the building was beautiful, surrounded by peaceful Tuscan hills but also walking distance to a nice restaurant and a nearby winery, and a small Coop 5 minutes away with a car. We enjoyed long days at the pool, watched sunrise and sunset on the yeard, picked fresh figs from the tree and enjoyed eachothers company. All the rooms were renovated beautifully and they were all different from eachother, to give a unique feeling. The kitchen was well equipped, romantic and well functioning. Bathrooms and toilets were all lovely and had no faults. We had breakfasts and a beautiful dinner that was prepared for us by the staff: it couldn't have been better and it was reasonably priced. The staff was reachable at all times and they were able to help us with anything we needed. We loved Villa Rosa and would highly recommend it from couples to bigger groups too!

Beautiful location, amazing villa, gracious hosts

AMAZING property and location but what really stands out are the owners … a lovely, lovely couple who went out of their way at every step of my trip to ensure I was comfortable, happy and taken care of. A true gem that I would highly recommend and would return without hesitation!

Never coming back!

Bathroom was dirty and smelled strong from urin. Bedsheets were stained. Mold in the shower. Dirty floors. No fridge in the room which is strange considering the price. Rude/hostile staff (not all).

Beautiful location, utmost serenity en quietness. We were greated by our lovely host, who was very welcoming. Stayed for only one night, but definitely recommend staying longer for a relaxed, true Tuscan experience. The host was very attentive with recommendations in the area. The rooms are tastefully designed and comfortable.

We hit the jackpot with Villa Rosa. Everything we wanted out of a Tuscany holiday and more.

Location, quiet, peaceful surrounded by nature, a few minute walk to winery, the pool, the family feel/dog, rustic villa. Coffee in the morning. Eating recommendations, close to town, friendly host. Couldn't ask for much more

Great house, beautiful location, fantastic helpful hosts, unexpectedly nice set of organic cosmetics in the bathroom. The hosts helped us to find a good place for dinner and made sure our reservation is in order. We felt like a part of a family.

Wow! What a great historic place in a great location! The outdore is absalutly beautiful ..small pool,lots of trees and vineward .the morning walk around the villa is so nice( dont miss it) Great host and brekfast. We will come back for sure Thank you

this is the place you are looking for! its give you a feling of a been in a mowie about Italy. Take a stroll to the wineyard for a tasting and walk around the wineyard. The houst and the dog (Filippa) makes it to be with the family. We will always longing back.

I really really recommend Vila Rosa. It’s a beautiful house with very nice and clean rooms, in a very calm and relaxing area. Surrounded by nature. If you don’t have a car this might be a little tricky location (I didn’t but I worked anyway!) but especially if you have a car this place is perfect. A lot of wineries around and a lot of small very beautiful villages you can visit. And if you are into wine this is perfect, the Chianti wines around here is very good. The staff especially is amazing. Very friendly, helpful & caring. And funny! It really has this warming Italian family-house feeling. Which is exactly what it is! I will definitely come back next time I’m in italy. Thank you villa Rosa❤️/ isabel

What a great place to stay

What a great place, a little gem. We had the room with the private terrace which was really nice. The whole place is beautiful, the swimming pool, breakfast, all pleasant and wonderful. We really felt like "home". The staff is super friendly and is helping you where ever they can in such a pleasant way. Booked for us a nice restaurant, informed us on wine tasting locations in the neighborhood and nice places. We would love to come back.

We wanted a rustic feel and we got just that! A beautiful home and each room has an en-suite and different decor. The pool, the property was all perfect for our entire family group!

Full Tuscany experience!

The location is just fantastic, surrounded by woods and vineyards that makes the full Tuscany experience. The room is very comfortable and clean, the terrace is amazing. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, they put attention to details and the environment (for example using soap dispenser instead of sinlge use plastic bags).

Considering the price I would have liked a fancier and renovated bathroom.

An experience to forget!

Beautiful villa (the premises), good location, the receptionist was very nice and welcoming

The description of the facilities on Booking doesn’t match the reality. The room was beautiful but basic (no minibar to cool some water, no place to hang things in the shower, no balcony and no TV). The on-site restaurant doesn’t exist, I had sent a message and had booked dinner only for them to cancel 1 day later-2 weeks before arrival- because the chef was…unavailable. They proposed a plate of cheese and salami instead and I accepted. What I was presented with was ok but certainly not worth €20. Although I was underwhelmed by all the above, I took it all with a smile and decided not to ruin my short holidays. When late in the evening the owner “realized” that the TV she tried to install in my room wouldn’t work because she hadn’t paid a license, I got frustrated. Not for the TV but for being played. She blamed Booking for the wrong description and she blamed me for not canceling earlier. It was embarrassing to watch. I just said “well, now it is too late, I cannot change hotels. Only write a negative review” . That triggered a tantrum in her, she said “who do you think you are, God? How dare you threaten me with a malicious review?”. Unfortunately the owner cannot take polite criticism nor understand that I am a paying costumer, not her guest and want to make an informed choice when booking. It was very embarrassing to see someone so convinced in their micro-world that they offer you the best and you have to be grateful! They don’t understand that people are informed travelers and can decide on their own what suits them and what not. She wanted me to leave and so I did early the morning after. Why do I write all these details? I am sure she will make a comment (indignated or sarcastic)when she reads my review (see all previous negative reviews ). So dear readers, brace yourselves if you decide to go there and dare say anything but praise!

Great environment, great hospitality, couldn’t ask for a better experience in Panzano.

Everything was fantastic and I’ve never felt more welcome in any hotel environment. The location was beautiful, the manager and owners were very friendly and their dog made it that much better. Everything about this villa was perfect and I will definitely return one day soon. Not to mention Sylvia makes a very good coffee and breakfast!

Must visit in panzano

It looked nothing like the pictures, such a nice house in a nice setting. The hostess was very welcoming and spoke English very well. The pool was lovely. Breakfast and drinks at the pool were nice. Also a spacious parking is available.
