Innanzitutto la posizione, la disponibilità del proprietario, la struttura in sé, piccola ma molto comoda
Niente di particolare, magari qualche ammodernamento per la cucina (tipo microonde) ed un ferro da stiro che può far sempre comodo

Posizione eccellente e pulizia.
Divano letto per i bambini scomodissimo, probabilmente rotto! Porta d'ingresso non oscurata e dunque luce artificiale stradale tutta la notte! Strada molto rumorosa di notte e di giorno. Stanza piccolissima che con l'apertura del divano letto diventa impraticabile. Cucina molto piccola non adatta per lunghi periodi di soggiorno in quanto c'è un semplice fornellino elettrico senza mobili e piani d'appoggio!
