Tutto perfetto! Appartamento moderno, curato, pulito e dotato dei comfort principali. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il lungomare e la spiaggia di sabbia. Zona ben servita (supermercati, panificio, fruttivendolo, lavanderia tutti a portata di mano) Nicola è un host gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Strategico il parcheggio interno.

Alloggio bello, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza a Trani. La posizione è ottima, ben servita da negozi di alimentari, bar, ristoranti e altri servizi raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Un grande valore aggiunto è sicuramente il parcheggio all’interno del cortile condominiale, molto pratico e comodo. Il terrazzo affaccia su un incrocio piuttosto trafficato e durante il giorno potrebbe risultare un po’ rumoroso, nel complesso l’esperienza è stata molto positiva.

Appartamento pulito e come in foto, perfetto per una famiglia con bimbo piccolo. Veramente comodo il parcheggio custodito nel condominio. Zona centrale, 1 km dal centro di trani e a 800 mt dalla spiaggia attrezzata. Cucina piccola ma ben attrezzata. Due supermercati e negozi ottimi sotto casa. Nico il proprietario gentile e molto attento.
Unica pecca la mancanza di una lavatrice ma c'era una lavanderia sotto casa quindi ci si può arrangiare.
