Located above the most frequented shops on Spring Street in the historic district, you don't have to go far to get home once you need a break, and you will.
Relaxation is our specialty. We are pros at chilling and taking it easy and chances are you deserve it.
Furnished with a brand new quality king-size bed this well decorated bedroom will be a much appreciated treat after a day of walking down winding "turn of the century" sidewalks or hiking our great trails.
A full bathroom and kitchen packed with all the comforts of home.
Find secret stashes, our way of making you feel spoiled and investing in your early return to the "Nest".

Great place to stay in the heart of historic downtown Eureka Springs. Beautiful property. One the to be aware of are the 73 stair steps from the parking lot to the room. If climbing stairs is hard for you, this is NOT a good option. We enjoyed the workout! Lovely property and host we will stay again for sure!

Easy access and cute/comfy stay. Very convenient to averything by walking. Be ready for stairs and climbing hills though- we are fairly fit sonit suites us but it may be a bit much for others. Very friendly area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location of this apartment can’t be beat. The apartment was adorable and the layout was nice. The view was incredible and the windows made the apartment seem luxurious! The communication with the owner was helpful. The sheets and bed were comfy. The bathroom was perfect. There is a full kitchen so you can bring your leftovers back from restaurants. The only things that a guest might want to consider are the staircases and pullout bed. There are many stairs to this apartment, and it was difficult to get our luggage up there. I’m in my 30s and work out regularly and I was huffing and puffing by the time I got to the top, every time. The pullout couch was not comfortable and my partner had to lay sideways on it to avoid a bar that would have been going across his back through the thin mattress. If you truly plan to use the pullout couch, then maybe bring something to lay over top of it. These issues were not a big deal to us and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved the condo! We enjoyed the arcade games and the foosball table that were in the room! The bed was comfy and the space was plenty big enough for the two of us! The stairs were no joke though! Ha! The only thing that surprised me was that it is above a cigar store and I could smell the cigar smoke strongly in the hallway, especially the first day. It didn’t bother me inside the condo, but maybe just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to that sort of thing.

Very nice and clean studio property just steps away from the main downtown strip. Even though property is close to the night life - you could not hear anything beyond the building structure (unless outside). There are a few steps of stairs to climb but either pack light or split up the trip (there is temp parking in front of building to load and unload). Property manager was very attentive and we'll surely book this location if we every return to ES.

This property is the perfect location to spend time in downtown Eureka Springs! You can walk to everything and not worry about finding a parking spot! And it’s just far enough away from the nightlife that it’s quiet. Hannah provides fair warning on the stairs…and if you aren’t ok with stairs or hills, then Eureka Springs probably isn’t for you anyway! This was the perfect place for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was our first trip to Eureka Springs, and this place was perfect. It's walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We liked the room being on the top floor. Hannah was great at communicating with us and we knew everything we needed to ahead of time. Would definitely recommend!

Loved staying at the Night Owl. They have done a fantastic job with the decor if you like things more trendy. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the only thing we could have used were some extra towels as there were only two for our 3 night stay, but I brought extras so it wasn’t a big deal, except for the fact that I had to trek back down to my car to get them haha! It’s not a place for people that can’t climb stairs! Overall loved it and will stay again!

We loved staying here. It's in the perfect location, downtown but not in the middle of Spring St where it gets congested. Having your own parking space was so nice as well. The "flat" as we liked to call it was plenty spacious for us and well maintained. Communication with Hannah the property manager was flawless. Overall, we loved this property and will hopefully be back someday. Fair warning, you're going to get a good leg workout from the stairs! I actually enjoyed this since I hadn't had a good leg workout in a long time. :-) But hey, it's Eureka ... you have to be ready for a good leg workout everywhere you go!

The experience, from beginning to end was fabulous!!!! Location couldn’t have been a more perfect spot, right in the middle of the historical Eureka Springs! Trolley ride was right at our door step..... our place was very clean with modern decor!! Temperature in the home was nice and cold, fresh towels, loved the brick decor inside the house....large windows with lots of light!!!! Will definitely come back!!!

We had a girl's getaway and chose this apartment. It was a great pick! The apartment was clean and the decor was really cute. We were so thankful for the private parking spot around back. The flights of stairs are no joke from the parking spot, but it's worth it. There is a trolley stop right next door at the Post Office for a convenient pick up/drop off, it's $6 for an all day adult pass. If you have exact change you can purchase the ticket from the driver.

This property was super! It was a very convenient location for walking to restaurants and shops. Everything was neat and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. And the instructions were quite clear. The air conditioning worked great, and we had plenty of hot water for our showers. Our only complaint would be the furniture was a bit dusty and the floor under the bed had not been dust mopped in some time. Great place to stay!

Eureka Springs is a fun little town and Night Owl is right in the middle of everything. The apartment is decorated with a great sense of fun. With an indoor basketball hoop, a dartboard, a coffee table that’s actually a foozball table, a stand-up old school video game, an XBox One S, and a supply of board games, the place really lives up to the name. I’ve been disappointed with Homeaway before, but Night Owl Does Not Disappoint.
