Located above the most frequented shops on Spring Street in the historic district, you don t have to go far to get home once you need a break, and you will.
Relaxation is our specialty. We are pros at chilling and taking it easy and chances are you deserve it.
Furnished with brand new quality Queen size beds, this well decorated bedroom will be a much appreciated treat after a day of walking down winding "turn of the century" sidewalks or hiking our great trails.
A full bathroom and kitchen packed with all the comforts of home.

It was clean, large and nicely decorated. Hostess answered questions quickly. Great location. The stairs on the side to get to the unit may be hard for some and thought charging for parking was excessive.

We stayed for a concert at the Aud. Walking distance from everything downtown. Very cute decor. Be sure to get groceries before parking.; there's no walking-distance place to get regular supplies, and parking during busy periods can be tricky. As the owners note, the walls are thin. You hear everything during the day from street and stores below as well as nearby Apts. But night is quiet and restful. We'd definitely stay there again.

We did a couples trip this weekend for Mardi Gras weekend; parade started right outside this location. We parked the car, and didn't move it all weekend long - you can walk anywhere and find something fun to do, shop or eat! Apartment itself was very comfortable, with plenty of space for 4 adults, and super comfy beds and pillows. Easy check-in and check-out. The Pac-Man arcade game was a blast, and brought us back to our 80's roots! We are planning on coming back next year! Thanks so much, Hannah!

This property is in the perfect spot, walking distance to all the shopping. I would say this property is super motorcycle friendly, for the area. There is reserved parking in a flat lot!

This place was amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. Way bigger than I thought, and I loved the wood flood. You could feel the history of the building even though the apartment has a working Pac-Man machine. We stayed over the St.Patty weekend. The parade went right by the apartment, such a fun time. About the only one draw back was that, there is reserved parking in the back of the building but we didn't find that out until our last night. Parking on the street wasnt an issue, so we didn't mind. We will be back again.

The location was the perfect spot. We really enjoyed being within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. I brought my kids here as a last minute summer getaway. The location is perfect! We were able to walk everywhere and they didn't get tired. The shop owner greeted us every morning. My son loved it so much he didn't want to leave! Thank you so much for the stay!

Super easy walking distance to pretty much anything downtown you’d like to do. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. We were there holiday weekend so parking on the side streets was a bit of an issue, but not unexpected. Right across the street from a coffee shop/ tap room which was great in the morning and afternoon respectively!

Before I start this review, I want to make it clear that I would absolutely stay here again. First, the good: The location is absolutely perfect; it's just far away from most of the live music venues that you can't hear them from the apartment, and just close enough to make walking nearly anywhere downtown fun and convenient. The place is an entire apartment, complete with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a nice living room, a roomy kitchen, and a bathroom sink large enough and with enough outlets to allow two people to get ready at once. The assigned parking spot is also a huge plus, as parking in Eureka can make you want to pull out your hair. The beds are comfortable, and there is a closet in each room so you can hang up your clothes. Overall, we really enjoyed this place. The PacMan arcade cabinet was broken, and it would have been fun to play it, but that was made clear in the information when we booked it. The only complaints I have involve cleanliness. The toilet had obviously not been cleaned, as there was a ring around the inside. The bathtub caulk was a bit moldy, including pink mold, which is easily removed with a quick bleach wipedown. There were several dead bees on the floors, which leads me to believe it had not been swept. Finally, because tenants are responsible for washing their own dishes, there were bits of food stuck to the plates and glasses. These issues were all easily resolved; I just wiped out the bathtub and re-washed the dishes. All in all, a great time.

This place has it all. If you want to be within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants, look no further. It had plenty of space, gaming consoles, cool decor, an arcade cabinet, full kitchen, fully stocked amentities and more. We found parking on up the hill on Mountain St just beyond the First Baptist Church every day. If you’ve never been to Eureka Springs before, be ready to walk uphill just about everywhere. We were able to unload close to the apartment building so carrying luggage wasn’t a chore. I would recommend this apartment for those without health issues or walking disabilities because there are a lot of stairs. We are in our 30s so no complaints from us. There are a couple shops below the apartments. I enjoyed the shop worker at Fain’s; she was very nice. Be cognizant of the building’s lack of sound insulation. If it’s in the middle of the night, you can hear people talking loud outside so I’m sure they can hear you too. If you are a light sleeper, you may or may not notice. The only reason I docked stars on cleanliness was because the floors are not easy to clean, I’m sure, but found a lot of dust bunnies and hair. Overall, can’t complain it was a nice place to stay especially for the centralized location. Also, we found the price to be very reasonable. Would check this place out again on our next trip to Eureka Springs.

We had a great time staying here. The location can’t be beat, and the apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. The place is a little older, but we didn’t have any issues. The pictures are accurate, and Hannah was super available to answer any questions.

This apartment is perfectly situated to enjoy Eureka Springs. You need only walk downstairs, and you’re a short stroll away from all the wonderful shops. There were a few issues I addressed with the owner regarding housekeeping, and she assured me she’d fix it. I hope we’ll be back one day to see more of this adorable town when we’re not in the middle of a pandemic.
