Calinda Sol - 9 - 9 Massinger Street

Good location near beach. Comfy beds and lounges, big TV, good kitchen and laundry, sinks in both toilets. Has a balcony and an outside relaxing area with a BBQ - altogether a beaut, spacious family townhouse.

Dangerously hot water; pretty ordinary parking - the obvious spot outside the front door is actually a visitor carpark (and we came back from dinner to find a visitor in it!) it has a garage, but ridiculously tight, and impossible to get into when the neighbour across the way parks outside his garages! Add in 4-hour timed parking on the street outside 9am-6pm, and this introduced an annoying complication into what to do with the car.
