The Kingsley is luxuriously appointed throughout. It has 5 bedrooms (all with private ensuites). This versatile home suits groups of friends, or up to 2 families comfortably.
Includes ozone pool, multiple lounge rooms, a large rumpus room plus beautiful outdoor spaces designed for indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen is equipped with luxury Miele appliances.
The Kingsley is a 5-10min walk to Main Beach or town centre and 50m from the famous Top Shop cafe.
The property can not take under 30's as groups and families are preferred.
We do not take groups of 10

- Upstairs Master - King size bed and ensuite
- Upstairs Bedroom Two - 2 singles (or can be configured as a King size bed) and ensuite
- Upstairs Bedroom Three - Queen size bed and ensuite
- Downstairs Studio Bedroom - King size bed and ensuite (can be split into two singles)
- Downstairs Owl Bedroom - King size bed and ensuite

My stay at the Kingsley was fantastic. The house comfortably accommodated all of my friends and made our time there really enjoyable. The rooms were great and the facilities were top-notch. Each bedroom having its own bathroom/ensuite was something I hadn’t experienced before, and it made such a difference for a group stay.The house itself was very spacious, so everyone could move around comfortably and enjoy the space without feeling crowded. Claudine, the hostess, was incredibly accommodating before, during, and after our stay, I can’t thank her enough.I would highly recommend booking through her, and I’ll definitely be staying at the Kingsley again the next time we’re in Byron, as will my friends.
