The amenities were abundant and clean, plenty of space, wonderful location.

Lovely outlook over golf course. Spar and swimmimg pool but unfortunately too much rain to make use of swimmimg pool. Three different eating areas and lovely deck.

One bedroom had to be accessed via another bedroom and then go out onto deck.

Incredible location! Felt secluded and in the bush but still super easy to get ubers into Byron town. Amazing views of the golf course!

Nothing, it was honestly perfect.

Cleaner came to the door ready to clean three days earlier Septic man pumped when here with no notice and no one to manage it, which also smelt very bad for a few hours No smoke alarms in the rooms they were placed on the side in the kitchen Water damage on downstairs bedroom door Water cut out in bathroom and door doesn’t close and there was no toilet brush, Pool deck had duck poo daily and needed cleaning by owner but only happened once during stay, this also got into the pool Pool was freezing, not warm in the slightest. No tumble dryer, which wasn’t advertised as one but would expect for a 7-bedroom house and there was only 1 clothes rack, and the washing line was by side of house in shade all day Washing machine again a very small size for size of people staying there External main bedroom door doesn’t lock Internet was very slow and majority of the time the tv cut out and didn’t work Not enough towels and not everyone had face cloths and was extra charge to get more. No pool towels supplied or beach towels Pipe noise was very loud and kept people awake during the night unsure what this was The garden was very overgrown especially for young children Bulb in bathroom flashed continuously Water pressure was not enough for the amount of people No pods available for the coffee machine or welcome note or basket which we would expect for house of that price
