Great location - across the road from the beach, easy walk to Byron centre and to The Pass. Very clean, lots of space and nice decor.

Booking.com stated bed linen not provided. Luckily I double checked with the property manager and discovered it was.

Inside the room the photos on the site matched what we saw and we were satisfied. Location is great for the beach and being in a quieter area just out from the main strip, just have to be prepared to walk a good 5-10minutes

On arrival to the property the direction of the address given didn’t match google maps so we were guessing where the accommodation was, lucky there’s a big sign out the front with 66 otherwise we would of been lost. Turning into the driveway our expectation dropped dramatically the outside looks old and run down not what we expected at all as there were no outside photos on the booking site. You really have to read into all the little details with this stay as there are hidden cost that we didn’t plan for. For one you have to pay an extra $1000 as a bond on top of the cost of the stay. This should be classified as a rental not an accommodation place in this case. No matter how many people stay in the apartment with you, you only get given 1 set of keys. Accidentally lock the keys in the appartments and your up for an extra $100 as a call out fee. This is ridiculous! The keys aren’t lost they are simply locked in the apartment, you should not have to pay $100 for another set to get back in. Maybe if we were given 2 to start with it may never of happened. On another note had troubles with the payment process, with the business losing my second payment and almost having to pay it again. You should be given a date when you pay the deposit, of the next sum of money is coming out/ needs to be paid. If I came back to Byron I won’t be staying here again
