Chiado Prime Garrett Apartment

The apartment is in a fantastic location, and the landlady is wonderful; any issues were communicated and resolved promptly. The bathroom is clean, and there is an ample supply of water for showering. It was a truly delightful trip. It's also very convenient to get here by taxi.

The apartment furnishings are a bit dated but still functional; however, the bedding is very basic and worn—upgrading the quality would make it much more comfortable. The air conditioning isn't cooling effectively at the moment, but I have already notified the landlady to have it checked.

Ótima localização e boa estrutura.

Houve um pequeno atraso para o check-in em função da limpeza .

Prime location! Walking distance to everything. Lively area. Large apartment. Cosy feeling.

Limited hot water for shower. Ice cold shower water wasn’t ideal.

The apartment is spacious and in a very convenient location. The kitchen is also well equipped with everything you may need.

The apartment was not very clean upon arrival, and I had to clean several areas myself. The bed linen had an unpleasant smell, and the kitchen equipment was not properly clean. The ACs did not cool properly for several days, and the master bedroom AC leaked water throughout the night. We reported the issue, but it was not resolved during our stay. The elevator is also difficult to access as you need to climb approximately one floor of stairs first, which was very tiring with a stroller and luggage. When it rained, the elevator stopped working, and we had to carry all our luggage down from the third floor using the stairs. Having only one key was also inconvenient for a family.
