De airconditioning was een fijne toevoeging voor het al erg warme Lissabon. De locatie van de accommodatie was perfect, een leuke wijk en dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden en een treinstation. Verder beschikte de accommodatie over alle benodigdheden; genoeg borden, bekers, pannen etc.
De accommodatie zit dicht op de straat, hierdoor hoor je soms het een en ander aan stadsgeluiden, alhoewel het nooit te luid was. Zelfs in het weekend niet. De bovenburen waren daarentegen wel goed te horen.

Tiene una muy buena ubicación, cerca de la estación Rossio y un mirador excelente. También se llega rápido a la plaza do comercio y tiene estaciones de metro cercanas.
Está bien que tenga lavadora.
Al chat de WhatsApp siempre responden rápidamente. Eso me gustó. Incluso ofrecen un brunch gratis en el café de la empresa administradora, pero no lo pude recibir entonces no sé que tal.
Es bastante pequeño, con poco espacio de almacenamiento para ropa. No hay casi espacio para colgarla y se demora mucho en secar ya que no hay ventanas y es un primer piso directo a la calle .
Tenía fugas en la lavadora y la ducha.

Pretty small - hard to open up your luggages but can make it work for a short stay.

Location was excellent, if you don't mind walking up a hill or two to get around (it is Lisbon...) Close to everything on foot that you want to see, do, and eat, and reasonable walk from public transport even with luggage. All check in instructions were very clear and well communicated. Good value for money if you just want a comfy bed and good location. Be aware of the comments I have written about the facilities however.
Whole apartment had a damp smell. Has a washing machine but no detergent. Nothing you do wash dries in there well. Shower leaks and drain clogs and fills up. No hand soap. Washing machine has a slight leak. Cleanliness wasn't brilliant but not the worst we have had.
