This charming apartment is wonderfully located in the heart of the historic center of Lisbon, being close to one of the most significant monuments in the city: the Convento do Carmo and its museum. Within walking distance of downtown Pombalina, a large part of historical landmarks are close by, along with a wide variety of public transport, such as Rossio Metro statin just 100 meters away!

￫ Building
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with no elevator (access to the apartment is made through steep stairs). Surrounded by the city's best boutiques, restaurants and cafes, it is a lively and vibrant area!
Please note that there might be noise in the street, however, the double glazed windows block efficiently the outside sounds.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed.

￫ Bathroom:
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

￫ Living room
The living room is compact, featuring a flat-screen TV and a sofa-bed for 2 more guests.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, washing machine and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
