This was the second time I returned to City Stork. A lovely family-owned place, bright, spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, in the city centre & walkable in all directions.

A real gem! The space is bright and airy with lots of nooks and places to hang out. The roof patio and the living room balcony both with their views af the storks are like wildlife viewing platforms. The kitchen is fabulous with all you need to cook incredible meals from fresh ingredients at the market just a few blocks away. Very clean and superb showers. Rooms are well-laid out. Location is great. I loved this place!
I wish I booked more days.

Nice clean hostel in the middle of the old town. But far from the beach (30-45 min walk) but the old town is nice and still very Portugese

Family owned hostel - met mother and daughter. One of the best host I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. It felt as if I was staying at a very close family members home. They've created such an inviting environment. My partner and I stayed with a private room with a private bedroom. No complaints. If you need a hostel in Portimao, this is the spot..
