A localização é excelente. O quarto era grande e espaçoso. Tudo estava muito limpo e bem arranjado: o quarto, a casa de banho e a cozinha.
O quarto onde ficámos dava para um rua um pouco movimentada, tivemos algum barulho sobre a manhã, mas nada de especial.

We stayed in this apartment in Portimao. The apartments are located in an old house, so we expected a possible smell of "old age" and humidity, while all the buildings in Portimao of the "old fund" that we entered had such a smell. Thank you very much to the owner Nuno, who kindly allowed us to check in earlier, since we arrived early. The apartments are clean.
There are also 2 separate bathrooms with a toilet, which have a hairdryer, in addition, there is a small kitchen with a common refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, guard coffee machine (when we got 2 capsules when we checked in), as well as an electric stove with an oven.
There are large supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Continente) within a 15- and 20-minute walk. It's a 40-minute walk to the beach. The owner kindly answered all the questions, shared the best restaurants, one of them, by the way, right in the yard.
There was a lot of soap in the bathroom, it was not there for several days, and after it turned out that there was a problem with the diffuser, as well as with toilet paper, it would be better if the spare rolls were in the bathrooms. Poor noise insulation can also spoil someone's vacation, but not for us)
Since there are no windows in the kitchen at all, and there is no difference between open and closed rooms either. It's very active and noisy here in the evening. But the biggest nuance for us was the kitchen. We chose the apartments specifically so that we could cook something, but there was not a single plate, no cup, and there was also a lack of paper towels. It would be very nice if they added basic options for cooking (salt, spices, butter, tea), as people who stay for a couple of nights will not buy a bottle of oil for one scrambled eggs. But in general, we got out of it anyway, fortunately there were at least cups and spoons with us. It would also not hurt to add more trash cans, so during the day it is very overflowing or more often just to change garbage. I think all these little things will make these apartments more soulful🙏🏻
