A large and beautiful property in a great location within the market. Lots of greenery and scenic views. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with balconies offering lovely views. The breakfast was also very good.
The rooms are quite far from the reception and restaurant. Since it rains frequently in Munnar, getting around the property can be inconvenient, although umbrellas are provided. There was also no basic medical kit available in case of an emergency. A few staff members were rude and not very helpful, which affected the overall experience.

Climbing stairs from reception to room is very difficult every time. Secondly, walk to room is too long and path is stone laid which is painful.

Rooms are not maintained , there was some smell in all bedsheets
