Perfect stay in Naoussa - I strongly recommend!

Hotel is wonderful, rooms super comfortable, everything super clean and decorated with extreme care! Location and parking are perfect, breakfast is really good, one of the best in out 2 werks trip in Greece!

Fantastic hotel - Delicious breakfast

The hotel is beautiful! We had a very large room with a hot tub outside our terrace. Very large, comfortable bed and pillows. Private bathroom setting. Location was superb, just a few steps to all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely go back. Very nice staff and service.

Great resort-style stay in a great location

The property is nicely designed and laid out, and it's within a 10min walk of the central part of Naoussa. The staff were exceptional, they took our bags to our room when we arrived, offered us a welcome drink, helped with any questions/requests we had, etc. This is probably the main selling point as it's a bit on the pricier side and otherwise a nice but only slightly above-average experience. Our room was fairly standard with a balcony overlooking the pool, but there are other rooms with multiple bedrooms, private pools, etc. The central area with pool and bar were great for lounging and having a drink in the evening. The breakfast was pretty exceptional, and I believe is included for everyone (definitely worth it).

Any meal options (other than breakfast) were definitely sub par. I booked two rooms (there were three of us) and didn't realise that one of them included half board. We were there for six nights, and the staff were kind enough to let us convert this into 2 dinners for three of us (thank goodness it was the room with one occupant that had the half board). DO NOT BOOK IN FOR ANY MEAL OTHER THAN BREAKFAST. The restaurant has a full menu but for half board you choose from a limited menu each day (in advance). I think these menus must be catered for when the hotel is packed and they need to accommodate lots of diners (though we were one of two tables having dinner both nights we went) so the food is a lot of frozen stuff that can be mass produced - spring rolls, mozzarella sticks, french fries, pasta, etc. We almost didn't go to the second meal because of how bad the first one was, but figured it was a lot of money to be throwing away. The second meal was just as bad.

Fabulous small hotel perfect for a few days in Naousa. Highly recommend

Everything was fabulous. Lovely pool. Gorgeous bedroom and en-suite. Great selection for breakfast and lunch. Cute little pool side bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location also great 5-10 minutes walk to centre.

Perfect location for a family trip to Paros Old Town

Location was superb for the Old Town. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Food and drink was good. Rooms were well presented and extremely well cleaned.

We could had avoid this hotel even though the hotel owner was very polite and good person .

Location was good and parking was very easy . Some members of the staff was polite but bit all .

Spaceless hotel - some rooms very close to the pool with a lot of noise . The receptionist was very arrogant and bit polite at all . We got a room for three persons which was very small - food very poor and bar products very expensive . Rooms have not been maintained properly .

Overrated and overpriced.

Breakfast was excellent : extensive with different kinds of fresh fruit. Good location close to Naoussa.

Initial problems with room allocation (paid premium, got economy), shower was completely clogged, overall a bad smell in both rooms, very poorly isolated (very noisy at night with guests arriving late), impractical and outdated bathroom design and not very clean (which can't be blamed of the cleaning ladies who did their absolute best!)

Amazing hotel!

This property was fantastic! it was beautiful and clean! The pool area was magnificent. Serene. I don’t know why many of these reviews were low. We were in a “basement” room with no view of the pool but it was amazing! Beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. And location was great! 3-5 minute walk into the main action of the town.

Comfortable rooms, aesthetic pool area.

Pool was not always clean, often had bugs / flies in it. Sun umbrellas had holes in them, therefore did not provide shade. Only shade was found by 2 bean bag beds against a wall which hides the sun. Although the sun umbrellas were fashionable and aesthetic, they are not fit for purpose.

Amazing!!!!!

The service was amazing! I wanted a specific room close to the pool and Jenny and Panos did everything to get it for me. They helped us with everything we asked for and were kind and nice. When I return to Paros I will definitely go to this hotel, the pool is clean and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. The hotel is on the center of Naoussa and we didn't need a car. The vacation was accurate and the hotel is amazing

The location was good, the layout of the rooms and facilities were good, pool area was nice

Room wasn’t clean on arrival and it was a hassle to get it cleaned when we complained. We were told we could move rooms however it was the other side of the hotel, we had unpacked and it was 9pm at night so we did not want to move as the room we were moving to wasn’t as nice. We were upgraded to a second room (after 2 days) which was more superior however it ended up being very noisy due to water tanks overhead and we had frequent power cuts in the room (6 in one day on one of the days). Our bedding wasn’t changed for the duration of our stay and one day we were given dirty towels.

Divine!

We absolutely loved our stay at Zefi! Panos and team looked after us wonderfully so we decided to extend our stay in Naoussa. Great location, customer service and the in-house restaurant was also a treat after big days of exploring beaches and the terrain. Very warm and helpful. I usually do not submit reviews. Hotel is nicely decorated and is in a convenient location. However when you are paying this type of money, you expect to be able to take hot/warm showers. We had two rooms and stayed for four days. We only had one acceptable shower during the four days. The excuses we heard was that the "hotel is full" and to "take showers at different times of the day" I like to take a nice warm shower upon my return from the beach to get the salt off me and put on nice fresh clothes. I was not able to do that at this hotel.

The hotel doesn't even deserve 2 stars or being on booking.com we paid for a suite with balcony and ended up sharing the front of the door with 4 other rooms that's not a terrace nor a balcony Room was extremely poor

great stay excellent location

we enjoyed staying at Zefi, the front desk attendants were so personal, and the breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were well appointed with balcony overlooking a beautiful pool. The room was cleaned daily. The hotel was a 5 minute wqlk from town with many shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend Zefi for your stay

Rather expensive hotel close to the chic part of Paros

Somewhat spacious room but for us the huge spa bath in the bedroom was a waste and a waste of space. decent buffet breakfast.

wifi was abysmal, would come on for a few minutes and then disappear for hours. for 3 nights for 2 people they gave a single 1.5 litre bottle of water, or 250 mls per person per day, ridiculous. other hotels replenish water supplies daily but not here. car parking was a hassle as limited car parking available.
