Great hotel with great owner and staff

We loved this place. Great location. George the host is so helpful and lovely. We left an item and he arranged transport of it back to us in Santorini. The pool was lovely and the rooms clean and nicely appointed. We will be back!

Relaxing, safe, clean & great access to Naoussa town with a 10 minute walk.

Location great, communication from host (George) very good. Communal areas very clean and updated. Breakfast ladies excellent.

Pool could have been heated, room a little tired compared with communal areas. Shame we had hardly any sun on our balcony bearing in mind we had junior suite with a hot tub

Everything at Zoumis Residence was absolutely WONDERFUL! We had an amazing stay! The food, staff, location, room, cleanliness - all exceptional! We didn't want to leave!

A short but lovely stay

Loved hanging at the beautiful pool. Also, I loved that it was a short walk into town that didn't require a car. Room was nice, and it was the most comfortable bed of our vacation. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive!

The bathroom was very small, and the shower wasn't enclosed, so the whole bathroom ends up wet after a shower. This isn't unusual for Europe, but it's always annoying when that happens.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. We stayed here for 2 nights and wish we stayed longer. It was perfect had everything we needed and close walk to the main town. Staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was lovely and the snack bar

Lovely property close to the beach and a short walk into town.

Good location not far from a nice beach and a reasonable walk into town. Our room was a good size with a view of the pool and the sea. Staff were friendly and help especially the lovely ladies in the poolside bar.

Holiday comfort as one would expect

This place is absolutely amazing. I was there with my family (we stayed in 3 rooms hence multiple reviews) and we had the most wonderful time. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. Staff is extremely attentive and helpful. They even changed the bedsheets twice in the same day! The And the hot tub is a must try.

Great small hotel, great staff, needs a shower door

Nice small hotel with great staff! We were in the family 2 bedroom unit with spa tub. a/c worked well. Loved the included breakfast and pool . Fairly close walk to Naousa harbor, maybe 10+ minutes.

Small kitchen, would prefer more of a seating area instead of the kitchen table. Shower not good since it’s lacking a shower door and water gets all over bathroom no matter what you do and you end of using all your towels for the floor.

Amazing location, only a short walk into town. Great pool area and rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were really friendly and helpful and helped us with transfers from the port. Would definitely stay here again!

An oasis in Naousa

We loved the location and the pool and bar area. From our room we could hear the ocean waves and had a great patio space. George and the staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was so good. We also enjoyed having a cocktail at the bar before we would head into town. We would love to come back.

Perfect Parian hotel!

Beautiful family run hotel, very convenient to beach & restaurants / shops. Really clean room & pool area. Food / drinks reasonably priced. Staff were also fantastic and made our stay very enjoyable! I highly recommend Zoumis!

Amazing Stay

Location was perfect, 10minutes walk into the heart of Naousa and 5 minutes to the beach. Room was incredibly clean, modern and spacious. Excellent selection for breakfast. Pool facilities were amazing. Staff were incredibly lovely also.

There was not many parking spots so we had to park on the street until we recieved one on our second last day. This wouldn’t deter me from staying here though I think it would be much the same for any property in town.

Excellent staff

The staff were exceptional and extremely helpful during our stay. My husband was very ill with a high temperature and confused. The staff took us to the Private hospital in Paros and then picked us up (at the std cost). He vomited in the van staff were very understanding. The room was good but due to the illness it was hard to enjoy everything.

The kitchen was very basic with no tea towel to dry the dishes. We were concerned about the water as it was cold one day so cleaning was not good. Unfortunately there was a storm our first night with sand blown in from the Sahara so it was very messy around the deck and spa not their fault. The breakfast was good but in the small area where it was set up was not very hygienic especially with children touching food.

If you want a peaceful stay in a small family run hotel that is close to everything, this is the place for you. We loved every second of our stay here, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

In spite of a few inconveniences, the stay was wonderful and we would return!

The pool was beautiful. Our balcony overlooking the pool was lovely. The staff was very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom shower needed some updating. It was difficult to turn the water flow knob. The bath towels were very scratchy. There was no ice available without purchase of a drink. (no ice cube trays in the mini fridge). There was no in room coffee maker.

Lovely pool, great staff, perfect location and excellent value for money.

Good sized room with kitchen area and nice terrace. Bedding and towels were changed daily. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were all really friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and great cocktails. Pool and sun beds were excellent. Great value, would definitely stay again.

An oasis of calm with great staff and very clean!

The friendliness of staff and eagerness to help. The hotel was immaculate and in a great location. We loved our stay!

The only improvement could be the breakfast. The coffee was luke warm when poured from the dispenser and the buffet would run low of food very early such as chopped fruit with the greek yoghurt. This is not a big grumble as the whole ambience and kindness of the staff made up for this.

Would love to return

A real gem - lovely little hotel set away from the town centre, so really peaceful and calm. Easy to walk into town in just 10 minutes. Lovely room, great facilities and so nice to have a pool to relax beside and large enough for a regular swim every day. George and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Airport transfer easy to arrange with George and very efficient.

Exceptional Hotel

An exceptional family run hotel that felt like home from the moment we arrived. George and his team were fantastic and accommodating. Organising transfers, recommendations for things to see and made you feel like you were having drinks with family by the pool bar. A beautifully renovated spacious room was awaiting that was meticulously clean which exceeded our expectations. There was no detail that was forgotten. An amazing, relaxing clean pool area with cabanas and comfortable sun beds. The pool bar serving delicious food and drinks all day and night. Our first trip to Paros was made memorable by George and his team. By far our favourite hotel of our trip and can’t wait to return.
